# Find companies hiring for a technology

> Experimental: discover companies through technology keywords in job postings.

Find companies that haven't signed up by looking for relevant technologies in job postings. If your tool serves Kubernetes teams, for example, look for openings that mention Kubernetes, then review the company and role.

## Proposed endpoint

`POST /v1/monitoring/technology-hiring`

## Example setup

Search job postings with a keyword or phrase of at least three characters and up to five country filters. This searches the wording in the posting, not a list of installed technologies. These draft limits still need validation before release.

## What to inspect in a finding

The useful evidence is the job title, description, original URL, source, location, and posting date. For example:

This fictional example shows only the job content. Each finding would also need to identify the hiring company. The full Waterfall response format isn't final yet.

## Qualify the company before acting

Confirm which company is hiring and what the technology mention means. Once a company domain is available, [enrich the account](/v1/enrich-accounts) and apply your fit criteria. Then [find relevant contacts](/v1/find-people) if further research is useful.

Hiring for Kubernetes is a research signal. It does not prove the company currently runs Kubernetes, has an approved buying project, or wants outreach.
